In 2003, we began service in the Tampa area as Gumbusters of Tampa Bay with a focus on chewing gum removal for businesses in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Within a very short time we came to the realization that there was a severe lack of good pressure cleaning companies in the area that could clean commercial concrete and buildings as the customers should expect. We then formed Chapman Property Services, LLC, and in 2010 began operating under the name Pro Pressure Clean and Seal.

What Sets Us Apart?
- Workers Comp coverage on all employees, even the owner.
One man operations can have exemptions, but any employee they have with them has to have workers comp. You could be financially liable for any injuries. Why take the chance?
