Pool Deck

We are proud to announce our use of an environmentally friendly , non-solvent paver sealer. This revolutionary paver sealer can be used on the same day as the pavers are cleaned.  No more waiting days for the pavers to dry out.  No more spots because the water was trapped under the sealer. You can use your pool the same day and your driveway in 48 hours! It can also be applied to previously sealed pavers.  Read more info at Sealnlock.com

paver sealing
This paver pool deck in Saint Petersburg hadn't been sealed in 8 years. The homeowner was having to apply roundup almost on a weekly basis because of severe weed growth.
paver sealing
The pavers were cleaned and then re-sanded, then Seal N Lock Natural Luster sealer was applied to lock in the sand and prevent weed growth while sealing the pavers. Pavers need to be re-sealed every 2-3 years to maintain the proper protection from stains and weed intrusion.

Why do you have to seal your pavers?
Most installers don't seal pavers after they install them.  This allows pavers to absorb anything dripped on them, along with dirt and mildew growth that will generally discolor them.  The sun will fade them and weeds will grow in the joints. Sealing helps preserve the color and prevent stains.

Below are examples of improperly sealed pavers.

The white spots are trapped water because the contractor did not allow the pavers to dry before applying a solvent based sealer. Its an expensive mistake. The only way to fix this is to strip the pavers completely! Call us first to avoid these kind of mistakes.
